I also went for 10% Tuesday. I use this day to buy all the staples that don't (often) have coupons. For example, I bought honey, vinegar, lemon juice and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.
My original total was $122.83. I saved $11.72 with the 10% and $13.25 in coupons and 1442 points. And I just realized I forgot to give them one of my FPC, so I will have to go get my $5 back

I did good this week on some staples as well. Total of $63 paid only $34 OOP without having to redeem any of my points. I used up three yogurt FPCs from cereal boxes, and a few kellogg's coupons (and got a free milk). Didn't get many points (about $3.50 worth) but that's okay.

That really sucks as Sobeys is all they have. The nearest competition is over 30 min away

Just figured it out and I redeemed for $290 of free groceries in 2011 and $170 so far in 2012. Not too shabby for an under-rated rewards program
